In Ubud you find famous Tegalalang rice fields were you can enjoy a coconut and take in the view or walk beautiful Campuhan Ridge Walk. Rest at the top at Karsa Cafe.

and Pura Tirta Empul that is famous for its holy water springs where you can wash your worries away.

Bali has some great food with fresh produce from up north and local sea food.
If you want to try some great local food head to Warung Kecil in south Sanur. Close by you can also find Bali Bunda with great organic food and a little store. If you get tired of the local food head to Massimo for a great pizza or Jalapeno for great mexican.

Climb an active volcano
Mount Batur or Gunung Batur is an active volcano that attracts tourists with its beauty.
It is 1,717 meters above sea level and can be climbed by physically fit hikers in around 2 hours. Located in Batur village, Kintamani District. It is approximately 1 hour and 50 minute drive from Sanur.

Go surfing!
Bali has got surfing for everyone! For the experts we have famous Uluwatu in the south and for the beginners we recommend heading to Seminyak and play around in the white wash. Boards can be rented at almost every beach.
